The graphic on the left is actually a picture (jpeg) I made from a chart I made in MS Excel. I have a table and update it every month with $ and traffic, and the chart that goes with it updates, too. The trickier part is choosing a big enough font so that when I shrink it to the picture size, it's still readable. If you'd like one, I'd be happy to help create a version for you.
