Indeed, that money was released on April 23rd to MEEI, as a result of a multi-year long lawsuit...

Now, if you do not count that cash, current assets are reduced to just over 227 mil. There is no longer any margin of safety to consider this as purely a NCAV stock. Do you see that much more upside with regards to earnings power as to justify this new situation?
